How can I use 4Suites?
- When the location is provided with 4Suites, you will get an automatic email send to you with login credentials.
- Log in on the 4Suites App, which can be downloaded from the iOS and Android App Store.
- After successfully logging in, you can directly open the desired door or room with your smart phone.
My Access screen
- After logging you will be directed to the My Access screen.
- In this screen, you will find lists of doors sorted into 2 tabs: ALL and FAVORITE.
- Last accessed tab will be one that will be opened when you will open the app.
- Via the slider you will be able to open doors immediately.
- Hide menu: Hides the menu.
- Scan QR Code: Will open your smartphone camera in order to scan a QR code.
- Log Out: Will log out the currently logged user.
Functionalities for hotels, real estate or parks.
- Clean my room: Determine when your room needs to be cleaned and get a personal messsage when it is finished.
- Live Chat: A build-in chat system where you can easily chat with administrators or the reception.
- Pre-check in: Pre-check in en check out with the app. You will no longer have to wait in line at the reception.
- Roomservice: Order roomservice.
- Shop Module: Order various products, depending on location.
- Arrangements: Order various arrangements, depending on location.
